Comparative Study of Structural, Optical and Electrical Properties of SnO<sub>2</sub> Thin Film Growth via CBD, Drop-Cast and Dip-Coating Methods

Tin oxide (SnO2) thin films were deposited on glass substrate by Chemical Bath Deposition (CBD), Drop-Cast and Dip-Coating method. The post-annealed at 500°C for 2 hours. structural, optical, electrical properties of the SnO2 investigated using XRD, FTIR, SEM, EDX, UV-Vis spectroscopy, Electrometer experiment. XRD patterns CBD method, method showed cubic, tetragonal amorphous structures respectively. FTIR spectrum exhibited strong presence with characteristic vibrational mode Sn-O-Sn. SEM analysis was observed that surface morphology toughly depends deposition methods films. EDX measurement confirmed are composition (Sn) Oxygen (O2). optical band gap is found to be 3.12 eV, 3.14 eV 3.16 Thin highest gap. results good conductors pursued Ohm’s Law. These brand appropriate application in solar cell assembly, gas sensor devices transparent electrodes panel displays.
